TERMS OF SALE
Types of Payment Accepted: Full payment in cash, cashier’s check or money order must be made when the animal is picked up or in advance when an animal is to be delivered to Buyer by a third party transport company. A personal check will only be accepted when sent in advance of animal being picked up or delivered. And, check must have cleared the bank before releasing the animal.
Secure an animal: Animals for sale on Harmony's Backstreet Animal Farm's site may be secured by sending in a non-refundable deposit. Some animals may be for sale that are not listed, or sold. Or even prices changed. So e-mail or call for availablity and current pricing.

Animal Transport: The transport of all animals sold is the responsibility of the Buyer. On occasion, Harmony's Backstreet Animal Farm may be able to deliver an animal if close to the farm. There will be a separate charge for such delivery.
Boarding Sold Animals: Arrangements can be made to board an animal sold at the rate of $5/day, unless otherwise stated. There is no boarding charge on babies waiting to be weaned. At the time of weaning, there will be a $5/day charge until the baby is picked up or delivered. Buyer is fully responsible for the animal from the time of purchase until said animal leaves Harmony's Backstreet Animal Farm.
I will try to disclose all their bad habits, health issues, quirks, etc... that I know of. The good ol' boy system doesn't work all the time. We will issue the buyer all health papers, neg. coggins, registration papers, bill of sales, and any other papers needed. (Unless otherwise stated, if we don't already have the health papers, it's the responsibility of the buyer-along with any DNA typing, color testing, hypp testing or any other testing) After the animal has left the property we are NOT responsible for them.
